1. The service

Olympus, operated by New Odyssey, provides programmatic access to datasets compiled from U.S. government sources. The underlying public records belong to their publishers. Olympus provides the compilation, normalisation, provenance metadata and API.

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your organization. Revoke compromised keys in the console immediately.

3. Acceptable use

Don't exceed your plan's rate limits or quotas by technical means, resell raw access without an agreement, or use the service unlawfully. Respect the attribution and terms of the original data publishers listed on the coverage page.

4. Data accuracy

Data is provided as published by its sources, with the documented limitations (for example survey margins of error and as-filed financial values). It is not a substitute for professional advice. To be completed: warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.

5. Plans and payment

To be completed: billing terms, renewals, taxes and refunds. Paid plans are currently activated on request.
