How upgrades work today

You can sign up and use the Free plan right away. We don't have online checkout yet, so we move organizations to paid plans by hand. Use Contact us or the Request upgrade button in the console and we'll reply with an invoice and switch your plan. Your API keys keep working when the plan changes.

What counts as a request

Every authenticated request to /v1/geo-demographics/* or /v1/sec/* counts against that product's quota, including 4xx responses. Server errors (5xx) are refunded. When a quota runs out the API answers 429 QUOTA_EXCEEDED until the next period. Every response includes the X-Quota-Limit, X-Quota-Remaining and X-Quota-Reset headers. Platform endpoints such as GET /v1/usage don't count towards your quota.

Prices in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Historical and bulk access are plan entitlements. The API reference lists the endpoints that use them as they become available.
